Care Guide
Use vacuum cleaner mostly.
Hand washes in warm (not hot) water using gentle movements.
Use special detergent suitable for wool.
After washing – form it and leave it to dry.
Warning
Do not use it when the product is wet since colors can fade off to the surface. Even though, Wool is not flammable but can burn when exposed to fire. Therefore we recommend only using heat up to 480° Fahrenheit.

– The processing time is typically 5 to 8 business days, depending on the size and quantity of the product.
– Furthermore, the turnaround time for shipment is approximately 5 to 7 days.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any items. This applies to any product shipped with a defect in the craftsmanship of the material. Only unused items will be accepted for return and exchange within 30days of when the item was delivered to you.
