We are pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping for all orders. That’s right! No matter where you are in the world, you can enjoy our high-quality handmade felt products without worrying about shipping costs. We work with trusted courier companies such as FedEx and DHL to ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep within 5-7 business days of dispatch. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, while bulk or custom orders may take up to 15 days to ship. For production, we have a lead time of 1-2 days for samples and 15-20 business days for larger orders. However, please note that we cannot guarantee on-hold shipments or exact shipping times due to factors beyond our control such as customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

Returns and Refunds:
We take great pride in the quality of our products and hope that you will love them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@woollyfelt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. The cost of shipping for the return is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Please note that the refund amount will not include the original shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a refund.

Custom and Taxes:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these fees.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return as per our return policy.
