What is felting? How is it done?
Felting is the process of combining or interlocking the fibers of the wool to create a matted sheet of fabric. Felting is done using many techniques. The common techniques are wet felting and needle felting which are also adapted at woollyfelt.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes, all our products are safe for children and pets. Our products are made of 100% wool from New Zealand. They are not harmful when put inside mouths. Wool has great benefits as it is eco-friendly, bio-degradable, and hypoallergenic. The wool has heat resistance which makes it possible for temperature regulation. We do not use any harmful chemicals when manufactured and use azo-free dyes to color our wool.
Are workers of Woollyfelt provided fair wages and a good working environment?
At Woollyfelt, we provide free of cost training to our workers and they are well trained before handling the products. The products are produced under safe and transparent working conditions. We do not allow child labor and are more towards hiring women who want to do something themselves. We also provide fair wages depending on their skill. So no one feels unfair.
Are Woollyfelt products customizable? If yes, how do I process it?
Yes, we do customizable orders for our beloved customers. You can add extra details regarding the size or the color that you want when checking out. You can also notify us via email or any available social media platform regarding your customization.
Do we receive any order confirmation after placing orders?
You will receive an email regarding the confirmation of the order. Our sales team will then verify your order within 24 hours.
What is the turnaround time for order processing?
Once you have placed your order, it takes about 24 hours for us to verify your order through the confirmation email. If the ordered goods are in stock then we dispatch the order within 2-3 working days. If the product is not in stock then it takes about 5-8 working days for the product to be manufactured and dispatched.
Please know that sometimes that the order can take a long time depending on the size, quantity, and details of the product.
Do you escalate the orders if I request you?
In case of urgency, we do provide immediate services. Your order will be given top priority without any extra cost.
Is it possible to change the phone number, address, and date of delivery?
Yes, it is possible to change the number, address, and date for the delivery. You can inform about the change through social media or via email. But if your order is in stock and has been dispatched then you will need to pay an extra charge.

If you receive damaged or wrong order then be assured that it will be refunded. We request you to reach out to us through email or social media within 3 days from the arrival date.
How long does it take to ship?
For the shipment, we use FedEx services which normally take 4-7 business days depending on the country.

Our products are made from 100% wool brought from New Zealand. They are carefully hand-picked to meet the quality standard of the customer. So it makes the durable. According to the feedback of our customer, our product can last you for about 6 years with proper care and maintenance.
