In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any items. This applies to any product shipped with a defect in the craftsmanship of the material. Only unused items will be accepted for return and exchange within 30days of when the item was delivered to you.
Messaggio:Good morning. The bed I bought was appreciated by all the family, by the guests, but above all by our little cat. The kennel looks like it came out of a fairy tale… The only negative aspect is related to the very high shipping costs (€32!) which I didn’t realize there would be. The kennel is really beautiful, I repeat, and you can perceive all the love with which it was made, but paying around €94 for it I think is really too much. Laura
What a fantastic cat cave, so artful and striking with its luscious pink flower. It’s much larger than I imagined. The cat who was the recipient of the gift and the friend took to it right away! Arun was very communicative and the shipping time was quite efficient given the distance of travel. I would recommend the quality and service here, delightful products.

I never thought my cat would love his bed so much! The day I got it he hopped in and was napping for hours!
Truly wonderful, it looks great and although at first my cat was too big for it, she got in and stayed there for a couple of hours , it keeps the heat in , and she loves it. Also loves the little toy, she picked it up and carried it off !
