How We Make Your Handmade Felt Rug:

Our talented Nepalese artisan women handcraft each felt rug with precision and care. Here’s how the process unfolds:

• They soak high-quality New Zealand wool in soapy water and roll it until each felt ball reaches approximately 2 cm in diameter.
• After shaping the felt balls, they rinse them in cold water to maintain their natural texture.
• They then dry the felt balls under the sun, ensuring a natural and chemical-free finish.
• The most time-consuming step involves sewing the felt balls together to form a durable and beautifully designed rug.
• Finally, they inspect, clean, and prepare the rug for delivery, ensuring exceptional quality for every customer.

Care Instructions Of HandmadeFelt Rug:

– Shake out your rug and vacuum it regularly using just the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner to remove dry debris.

– Do not put your felt rug in a wet area for a long period of time.

– Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents on your rug.

– Periodic washing by hand in lukewarm water will help protect your rug from damage.

– You can hand wash or dry clean them.

– To remove dirt, let it dry and gently brush it off.

– Do not wash in a machine or natural oils or the wool will be removed.

– Colors are AZO-free (no chemicals) and can fade with strong sunlight. Do not use when wet since colors can fade off to the surface.

Warning

Do not use it when the product is wet since colors can fade off to the surface. Even though, Wool is not flammable but can burn when exposed to fire. Therefore we recommend only using heat up to 480° Fahrenheit.

Shipping

– We typically process orders within 5 to 8 business days, depending on the size and quantity of the product.

– Additionally, we usually ship orders within approximately 5 to 7 days.
