Care
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dry solid debris and dust.
Hand washes it in warm (not hot) water gently using a special detergent that doesn’t hamper the quality of the cat cave.
After washing – form it and leave it to dry.

– Processing time can take from 1 to 3 business days depending upon the quantity of the products.
– Turn around time for shipment is 6 to 8 days.

Return Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any items. This applies to any product shipped with a defect in the craftsmanship of the material. Only unused items will be accepted for return and exchange within 30days of when the item was delivered to you.
