SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 4 pm to Sunday 1 PM, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Free shipping on all orders.
Once the orders get dispatched it will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Please provide us your street address; we don’t deliver to PO Box.

CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES
Woollyfelt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely to order a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes up happier than a legion of happy hyphen customer, and as such we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make any hiccups along the way. That said, here are something you might to know,
If you are dissatisfied with an item , we want to quickly correct the problem. We gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid. You may return the items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging.

REFUNDS
Refund are processed as soon as we receive the returned items in our department. We highly recommend all customers get a tracking number from their local post office when sending their items back to us. If you have not received your refund yet, check your PayPal account. If a refund is still missing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time too before it correctly reflects on your statement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We allow up to 12 hours from when the order has been placed in order to request a cancellation.
Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order any time beyond that as we do our best to process and ship out item as fast as possible.
