We pack our woolen shoes in handmade bags which are safe and sustainable for both individuals and the environment.
Felt shoes from Woollyfelt are made from 100% natural wool and have a sole made from calf leather subjected to semi-vegetable tanning. The natural properties of the wool are to regulate temperature and absorb moisture, making for warm and dry feet. The shoes are suitable for wear all year round.

-Due to the handmade nature, the product size, thickness, and shape may vary slightly in actuality but our craft women will do their best.
Shoes were as described as sizing was Exact , I love my shoes comfy warm but breathable , definitely on my repeat buy list.
Only problem was NO emails to notify me of either purchase received or product dispatched or tracking link until shipper contacted me , this must be implemented to part of purchasing business flow in these days of scams

I had to pay customs and duty fees. May be it’s not the sellers responsibility. The slippers are well made though.
The slippers are as expected, lovely quality & colour match. The delivery apparently, went to another address & another pair was sent when I had asked for a refund. Which I guess was done in good faith, as there is a time difference between us. When the slippers eventually arrived 30 days after ordering they were not in a very substantial bag for such an expensive item travelling across the Atlantic for 7 days. It was a very battered plastic single skin bag. Fortunately, the slippers were unharmed. They fitted the recipient perfectly and she is thrilled with them. These things are not mentioned to deter clients, but to assist the dealer with improvements to their service.
